Another short or medium term issue is that there is likely (or certain) to be a pause and then a reallocation of capital as a result of the virus. Unless they are absolutely committed to a project, capital providers are going to be rushing to safety or searching for absolute bargains, of which there will likely be more than a few.
Not sure that cannabis production meets either of those criteria at present.
