It read EXACTLY like "modest investment" would be required to execute their material growth strategy which may dampen bottom line in the near term.. Speculate to accumulate. I don't know of any companies who achieve growth with no investment in a strategy, or appointments - and honestly, that has probably been one of the biggest issues with this company over the last 3-5 years - it is now being addressed. Regardless, there is no mention of the word "Significant" anywhere in this report.
Alot of technical work has already been done - they effectively have a product that they can take to market, rather than have to build everything from scratch as they did for GM... I think this puts them in a much better position to sell their CTP platform to a broad market - not going in to pitches answering "well no, but our guys can build it" when a prospective client asks if it can do something. Now it is more likely "Well, yes, it can, I'm glad you asked..." Pandemic is likely to put more people back on the road than co-travel equivalents in the long run and I think it will present a lot of potential opportunity but that is my opinion.
Not discounting - the GM tent has plenty still to offer too.
Cant do much about conversion - it is what it is - affects loads of companies dealing in USD.
