Actually I was replying to @hushmoney post, but there is a bug in the HotCopper platform and it doesn't always quote correctly.
This is what he stated,

You do not have to release an announcement at noon on the back of crazy momentum. If you think companies are not tactical in releasing announcements you are highly naïve. A CEO, board are tied to the fiduciary interests of their shareholders and have a natural disposition to want the SP to go up. It may 'not be up to the company to time news releases for my convenience' (which is silly point to mention really) but rather for all shareholders who want the stock to be at its optimal point -> which to my earlier point is the function of investor relations which as is mentioned is where I believe CXZ can really benefit from having clearer better constructed comms and obviously and execution plan"
