If this is the same case presume misrepresentation from First Point regarding details about them brokering the deal for Mogul with The Alliance. This lawsuit was also quoted in the Dec 2019 end of year Ann. Mogul were signed to be Alliance platform provider for tournaments and memberships. Somebody didn't come through with what was agreed to I presume.
