As far as I am aware, I believe there is one customer in the Sydney DC with a piddling contract. It is not an issue which is openly disclosed in the accounts and is very frustrating. Ditto Melbourne lease. There is a film company sub-leasing a portion of it but again no clarity as to what the liability associated with Melbourne is. Put the bad news out for all to see and then we can all have a better understanding of the financials of the company. Only fair under the circumstances.
