Sentiment has been positive for future of SYD DC ever since they built it. Interesting that they don't see growth in the Tas DC.
Darwin will be positive cashflows for a while until NextDC get their new D1 property up and running.
The profit from the DC manufacturing was only around 4%, which was worryingly slim. Hopefully the Multiplex deal has plenty of margin to drop through in Q3/H2.
