Seriously, they need to get rid of the Executive General Managers, they're very expensive and not sure what the benefit of having them. GM, Consulting Manager and Technology Manager should be sufficient (plus the support of HR and the accounting/financial guy, and probably a legal guy).
Products are pretty good, so they should be able to survive. Just don't be too stubborn and arrogant, as there are many new players entering the field.
