I wouldn’t say RUL is objectively or “through the cycle” cheap, but it is on the cheaper side relative to some comps.
One comp that I used to own (unfortunately sold) was OCL - like RUL, very strong margins, clean balance sheet, structurally growing top line, smart management. OCL has 2x the ARR that RUL has...but its EV is about 4.5x that of RUL.
