Fundamentally still in a strong position - with limited debt and in a state to capitalise on low demand / egg price. Not good seeing inventory increasing but obvious from the acquisition that they are a net benefiter of the current climate in egg industry.
Total of $12.5M used in the acquisition and new land purchase - strip this away and that accounts for the more debt.
No nonsense reporting which I absolutely love. Imagine if FRM caved to the pressure and paid a dividend over the last 2 years - they would be the ones in trouble, good financial management.
