I never rule out the ability of companies to do a transformational deal. It happens a lot and often the share price reacts by doubling or tripling in share price. Remember Elders (ELD) when the share price was down to just 10 cents. A lot of former Elders employees and customers were all out bagging Elders. But look at where Elders share price now. What is needed in SRS is to find a deal that will convert working capital into cash and replace its legacy business with a growth oriented business using its distribution warehouses.
What I am saying here is SRS is not just an accounting valuation play.
