I bought in today after viewing the wam investment conference where a fund manager talks about SRS a few weeks ago . In summary the investment thesis is a combination of operational business earnings and the hidden value of the properties in both Tasmania and Singapore . The FM goes to a lot of lengths to detail how the value on the books manifestly undervalues these assets and after a lot of research with property experts and similar sales the NTA of the business is over 6c . So I think this is very much an asset play ( cash plus property ) with some value for the DCF of the core business
Picked up 900k shares today and looking to build position at 3.5-3.6 over next few weeks
