im new to LIC's but see theirs still trading at a fair...

im new to LIC's but see theirs still trading at a fair discount right? Why is that? On the surface to me it looks like a good buying opportunity but someone please school me before I go pumping 50k in here!

As mentioned im very bullish on all the sectors/themes they talk about in the investor presentation and it's a long term thing for me as I see the cycle only just getting started. Uranium part of the PF will probably keep some away and mining in general re ESG etc is that why the poor sentiment and hence discount? People might change their tune as they see their Growth funds under performing this year. I wish i had made the move earlier but im 40 and this is my first experience of a market turning like this whilst actively investing. best thing I've done was ditch the growth stocks ad pivot towards commodity based stocks a month or so ago - im already well in front and the growth have gotten worse. time to fix my super as well!
