ouch. we've all had those opportunities pass by at some point whether we know it or not. ive sold 8 properties I kinda wish I still had right now...I could retire! I'm trying to get ahead of the next 5 years now so I don't look back and my super has done f all. I got a little MGF as well albeit super cheap but I'm going to still run with this one for my main choice of strategy in this market I think.
