TGF's NTA return this financial year is the highest of all ASX LICs/LITs (25%). Most have returns under 3%, many are negative and some prior high flyers are deeply negative. (HM1 NTA return is -23%).
Meanwhile TGF's TSR (share price plus any divs/franking paid) this financial year is just under 10%.

The NTA is very volatile and will likely be the main driver of the share price. The discount depends on the usual factors: relative performance, fully-franked div level and sustainability, total expense ratio, etc.
