Just some spurious points.
There are over 50 fintech companies in Australia alone.
Are you sure you’ve not rustled up Nod to cause some mischief? Last time you had a crush on Dover.
Who is the high up CBA guy? And why would he be talking with Trustfund Lawless?

My research informed me NOD planned on doing a trial with a major bank in 2018, although I could not see anything resembling a pilot with both CBA and Westpac.

NOD describe themselves as first movers, which is clearly not the case.

The NOD SOA template is automated. I’m not sure where the AI part fits in with NOD; it sounds like it pertains more to the language used (to customise to the language used by the financial practice) rather than delving into the financial lifecycle of the client?

I reviewed NOD’s offerings on YouTube; the SOA template appeared very basic?

I hate to say this but someone like HAC would better appraise NOD’s offerings than me.

I note NOD linked up with 2 tech companies in 2018.

Hmm, my amateur musings are that I’m sticking with Intiger currently; with 3 years of close working relationship with CBA, a pilot not a trial, talk of a roll out, a large number of financial associates.
