If it uses your current CRM and templates, wouldn't you need to have invested a lot of time in your templates for it to work? If you've invested a lot in your templates, a lot of the aspects are already automated. What isn't automated is complex modelling etc (which you just need to complete and derive from CALM). Does it do that or simply leverages your current templates?

Id need to see it in action. Their example video regarding the insurance SOA is already possible through xplan with a good template and risk researcher being used appropriately imo.
