GoArmy- you seem to be a bit stuck (perseverating) on the phrase ‘moral hazard’. There was no deal because CBA didn’t really have themselves sorted out. Do you remember how, in the space of a few months, they kept changing their minds about whether they were going to keep their FP arms? Well, deals are two way things, and it sounded as if Intiger couldn’t easily do business with CBA whilst they were erring so much.
