The loan at a 5% fee and 5% interest being 10% in total is far in excess of market rates and bank interest.
Lending Institutions see straight thru the accounting smoke and mirrors and wouldn't touch them with a barge-pole.
Would any other existing shareholder be prepared to take part in a further CR, - I definitely wont.
