If they pay Sanofi 10 million they have nothing left. They have long put the wearable in jeopardy when they didn't fire everyone except the people who need to work on this product. They knew that they weren't going to make the PFS work. Then they had the nerve to add more board members and give themselves fat raises. They are worse than AS at this point. At least he was able to add customers. Its been over a year and zero. They are down to a quarter's worth of cash and unless they actual deliver on those deferred revenues they'll have to possible pay those back too.
