Is this the same as SA too? What are the rules for a duel listed stock.
There are options available for them to reach this threshold. Notable had an option to go to 25%.
It could be a play by China (the government) to take over. Buy a small amount then offer a large price to takeover the rest? Keep the price low and people will want to.
