    A company acquisition was made during the 12 month period, and we've seen the 4Cs. These results shouldn't have been a massive surprise.

    There are numerous one-off line items, which should be adjusted for, in conjunction with the contracted circa $9m in receipts due FY23, which paints a vastly different picture than face value.
