We may ,we may not have some kind of deal in the making in the near term,but for mine , there’s still a good chance we may .Marc has been very selective in his choice of words ,and all options still appear to be in play .

What a great time for Merck to strike a deal with Imm and take up an equity potion in the company , as they did a few years back with the Seagen collaboration.

They paid 600 odd million up front and bought 1 billion dollars worth of shares at a 33% premium to market.
Along with a healthy milestones and royalties package.

Im not insinuating at all that these are the numbers we could also expect , but purely at this point in time, with the IMM share price low , it would make a lot of sense to take an equity stake in the company,particularly if down the road they may have ambitions to buy the company out.

Why not take an equity position in the company , then benefit from the rewards of a higher share price,from doing so.
