Now think about system communication interoperability, now see the buy side drying up like a worm on a footpath on a 40c day. Now think of so many ( nearly all ) partnerships with defence primes not communicated via the ASX to the investing market due to the excuse of being non material, so what if investors who follow the story and foresee the outcomes just buy up all the stock at the expense of new investors, this is like full permission to get in early while the news comes out later or just shows up on the balance sheet. This is a gift to existing holders and the researchers while the majority of the market have NFI.
