few comments on your envelope…….
it costs us 10 cents per share in cash to get the share number down. I know you believe analysts don’t value excess capital. But this is not same as excess cash.
more realistically the bank loss of nim could be offset by advice improvement. And cost reduction may deliver $25m to bottom line.
