Yeah, you have to remove the 19 m at $0.31 in the sense that whoever is the holder of those options have to pay $0.31 to convert the options to shares.
those ones I don’t mind as that truely is an incentive to appreciate the share price.
Although with the time allotted with them I would have like a higher strike price.
once you remove those and the ones that will vest worthless it’s not that bad.
