    I surprised that PNO is still going on, as mentioned on numerous occasions the only people making money from this company is the Directors, how amazing that PNO loses so much money and the Directors get a pay increase!!!

    Put them on an incentive scheme, pay them on net results the better the result the more pay they get, conversely they start putting their money back in to the company.

    Excuse for for a sec have to go and watch pigs fly.
