to look at it another way, this is the first report where there hasn't been a profit warning since the change in management. I also liked the margin commentary. Mostly along the lines that they seem to have finally ditched the unprofitable lines so we wont see another reduction in sales due to cutting contracts in the future.
My biggest gripe was seeing Nic Clarks pay packet!!!
