Okay while I wish it was bonus of shares and it’s a high pay, would you let your pay or bonus be based on someone else’s actions? Cause that’s what basing it on the sp is. It’s based on huge increases of revenue, expansion and adding value to the company, which he has it jusy hasn’t gone to the way of the sp, which sucks for us, but the share price does not a company make
