100% of the acquisition costs (one off) and only 50% of the revenue/profit from Dia (annual and growing) including a quarter of intentional inventory build up.
Doubt it has any impact on the SP but a full year of growing Dia profit and no acquisition costs should make next year look pretty good.
Trading wise it is hanging in above 6 (just) so pretty impressive so far and the MACD is returning to zero at a rate of knots so if it's going to continue to rally my guess is 2-4 weeks left of consolidation.
Now - I am definately taking a break from HC. If I have any damn discipline it will be a long one.
