Note SIE are paying down a loan from it's parent. This large loan looks like tax minimisation, and a way to transfer funds (as interest) to the parent company with out declaring a dividend . SIE does not need this loan facility.
SIE is now in a position to pay a dividend on issued shares from current profits.
It has been reported that SIE has 'guaranteed' a loan by Bioton (parent and 95.57% shareholder) to a Polish Bank. SIE should be paid a fee of US $100,000 for such a guarantee of a bank loan.
