Who is running this company? Where are the performance rights? where are the incentives to maximise shareholder value? Why would the CEO wish to see SP appreciation? So many questions... how is is not criminal to have a $300,000 pay package not tied to any milestones?
imo 50% of the $300,000 should be paid in shares or options...
Like you guys I am also down about 80%. I wish I could sell, but it's not really worth it... On the bright side there is licensing revenue.... almost enough to cover the CEO's salary....
