Have been pondering the same question @ the other one.
In the case of the 1b breast cancer trial, the SAE occurred on the last patient (Ann) of the cohort hence the data of that trial should be available to the public shortly (one would think over 3 months to crunch the numbers) and complete the interim data already Announced.
As for the others, maybe someone else may know more.....
