Absolutely. Class actions return money to those funding the class actions mostly (it's the latest craze in investments) and then the scraps get thrown to the shareholders.
They prey on emotions and trigger someone into suing and walk away with the vast bulk of the winnings. It's not so much justice as a business making profits by taking them from other companies.
