The legal issue stems from their hatchery supplier 888 Abalone attempting to stop OGA developing a hatchery themselves. 888 will be supplying them for years still. The feasibility study will be completed in a year and then if that goes ahead it will be several more years. OGA i believe is the single biggest customer for 888.
OGA IMO is entitled to vertical integration and diversifying their suppliers but this is years away.... Currently both need each other and honouring existing agreements through to 2024.... It will be called China Meingu Abalone by then, and +$1.00
