I also think that there is a little misunderstanding of what a draft report is - it is basically the finished report with draft stamped all over it - it is not semi-finished and full of gaps and unfinished sentences waiting for the blanks to be filled in.

So if the report is "finished" and ASIC is doing a compliance review, I no longer care what was in that report anyway.... it is now escalated up a level to ASIC.

Whether ASIC finds problems or not is another matter... but of more concern to me is that ASIC , who started their investigation sometime before Xmas, has not instructed ASX to let ISX resume quotation (ASIC instructing that has NOTHING to do with the court case).
