By my understanding, disclosure obligation could include financials...and I think this is corroborated by the fact that the ASX queries really centred around revenue. So I think it is very likely that the timeline is that ASIC started their investigation into ISX's disclosures and then the ASX decided that it was a strong enough reason (which I think and everyone would agree, it absolutely is) to suspend ISX.
