ASX send the draft report to ISX that outlined why it is suspended.
ISX did not disclose
it received the report,
asked for extension and
submitted it’s response to ASX in it’s email to shareholder and in their ASX announcement considering ISX touted that email/announcement as an shareholder update.
ISX requested ASX not to disclose the draft findings.

Everyone were in the dark until now about the status of the ASIC investigation.
