Chicken or the egg scenario retiredyoung- which was first?
Did ASIC initiate an investigation due to a request from ASX? Based on....what/or by whom?
Or did ASX initiate an investigation and involve ASIC? Based on what/or by whom?

Nothing is transparent from ASIC's or ASX's information to date (no information - date/time/evidence/claims is/are available to view or verify) and nor has/have any information or claims or allegations been revealed publicly by ASX and/or ASIC. Hence none can be impartially and independently researched and/or verified and challenged.

ASIC and/or ASX should have publicly stated any reasons for the suspension and continued suspension of ISX from trading on the ASX platform. ISX and its shareholders have not been given a reason to date for ASX's suspension which we have been told, was not supported or initiated by ASIC (source ASX ISX announcements and ISX's statement of claim with the Federal Court).

Interference/conjecture????..... and who are the regulators? ASIC or ASX? Why have ASX been allowed to pursue an unexplained regulatory role against a potential competitor? We do deserve answers and surely this should not occur post the recent banking RC findings and at present in Australia (2 x Senate Inquiries underway in 2020) View attachment 2021830 View attachment 2021830 .
