It was my understanding from ASX announcement to Market 30/01/20 ( I think)
They we’re considering ISX response to the draft and would have a final findings complete but not release before the hearing (07/02/20)
as requested . So now it is the 28/02/20 no final findings no news/update re, and the court made no orders surrounding the release of any findings.
I can’t imagine ASX want to do ISX any favors,
So the question remains why is ASX sitting on the findings. If they were daming , I feel ASX couldn’t release it quick enough. If there was reason restricting the disclosure why no update.
