Just because a company is being investigate for possible or suspected breaches of continuous disclosure requirements, it does not mean a suspension is automatic or even necessitated.
Recent example - Bellamy's. They were found to have breached their continuous disclosure requirements, had two class action suits prosecuted and ended up settling on both class actions. At no time were they suspended for such.
