But it was what inflated the share price to $4 that is absolute stupidity. As you most certainly are aware, the choices management made regarding disclosures has eventuated in both a pending CA and an ASIC hearing. Both which have immediate and most certainly long term impact with customers and future investors.
Happy for shareholders if they were able to recoup losses (make a profit) from ~20c to 30c.
Let's make it clear that the revenue growth (in a vacuum again) is nice. Comparing this to expenses growth is certainly alarming.
I do not like to speculate why essentially all bar one independent directors resigned, but seeing GSW blur the lines of organic vs acquisition growth is certainly something a strong board would not stand for. Plus, as mentioned earlier, Bane & Joel's salary is absolutely ridiculous relative to the state of the business.
