I love the fact they managed to hit their performance hurdle for performance rights D. They had to get to $5m in annual revenue or $1.25m in a quarter which they said they achieved in June 2019. This was achieved by including interest income !! WTF.

IMO, with the salaries and bonuses taken, CA lawsuit, ASIC charges, taking these shares makes it not the sort of governance I need to invest in a company for the long term, trade it yes, but not in the long term portfolio.
