Roofy, appreciate if you could ask in court who the $40m strategic investment offer was from that was declined by the company at the time of the $4 per share raise.

If this information was available in the public domain, I'm sure the raise at $4 would be justified.

I think it was a mistake by Joel and Bane not to accept this offer, and the situation would be very different if they had accepted.
