It looks like I owe Little T an apology over the need to submit a substantial holder notification.
I received this, this morning.
" Thank you for your questions. You’re right that Neuren is subject to ASX Listing Rules, including continuous disclosure, but filing substantial holding notices is an obligation on shareholders not the company and it is governed by Australian law not the Listing Rules. ASX releases them under a company ticker when it receives them from a shareholder. In our case, the part of Australian law that requires shareholders to file them does not apply because we are incorporated in New Zealand.
FYI, we just released our annual accounts, which in the additional annual information have share details including the current top 20 holders.
