This is just ugly. The way things are operating, we have about 8-10 months before the need for a cap raise.
Our recurring revenue is down, our enterprise revenue is down and we are bleeding money. Yet between the CEO, CFO, CRO they paid themselves a total of $150k bonus for a "successful cap raise". The audacity on these people...cap raise might have been successful, however its been anything but successful since.
