I haven’t had a chance to do more than skim over it so far but the first section about the loss of control of Global Fertigation Systems in June 2020 threw me until further reading showed that it had been dissolved. The technology has been rolled into RGI rather with being held in a standalone company with that patent application being transferred to RGI a week before GFS was dissolved.
