With lots of upset shareholders it would be good to see the three directors not holding shares buy some and show confidence in the company.

No provisions left aside to settle cases with $12.8m spent on legal fees in the last year, meanwhile Bane and Joel split a $1m cash bonus. Would've liked that to be set aside and payed out only if the cases are thrown out.
