It's tempting to nitpick at things like performance bonuses, but it's hard to argue with it because of the revenue increase and the way the company is driving forward with acquisitions and their one-stop-shop goal. It was only about 3 years ago that it was almost entirely doom and gloom by posters here, with claims that this was a sham company that had duped investors. I'm feeling a lot more confident in holding, and hopefully in the next months the legal issues will be resolved, allowing an easing of legal expenses and a focus on customer service and products.
