should be :

"....No doubt, no thanks to Mr Nicholas Bolton and Mr John Patton..."

I have seen no evidence published of any positive influence or direction, these directors have provided to YOW.
On the contrary, I believe it is their presence on the YOW register, that has caused the Yowie SP to languish at such a discount to its fair value.
