They lost $700k revenue net for that segment. The gross $1.5m of lost revenue was replaced by a fresh $800k in new revenue.
Looked another way, if you remove the reseller loss that was outside of company control, the segment grew by a net $300k despite losing 4 schools.
As I said in my earlier post, the real question is why there was a $700k decline when overall student numbers for the year were actually unchanged.
In any event, the thesis is not broken as the VET segment is the real money spinner. Its progress stalled but I'm prepare to give it another school year to fire again.
